I particularly liked that they offered a complimentary tire rotation with my purchase, which is something I haven't seen elsewhere. What impressed me most was their honest approach—they could have easily upsold me on more expensive options, but they didn’t. The only thing I would suggest is having a clearer signage system for where to park when you arrive. Other than that, I felt valued as a customer and left with a smile on my face.
